Let It Go & Let It Be
I’ve been known to put a comma in areas in my life where there should have been a period. I’ve gone against my better judgement before trying to give ex boyfriends second, third, or even thirty chances to change or I’ve gone against my intuition and not allowed myself to heal and move forward in life. I’ve learned that you need to let go and let it be. You have to put a period in your life on particular chapters that no longer serve your well being.
I think that letting something go and allowing it to be is very crucial to your healing and well being. It’s easy to say or think, “just let it go,” when the truth is, you just need to let it be. I feel that there are just some things in life that you never get over. Yes, time moves forward and you grow to accept certain things and situations, however, it can still be difficult to let go. That’s why it’s imperative to just let it be. Accept the hurt, disappointment, or pain for what it is and let it be. That’s the best thing you can do for yourself. Remember, sometimes it’s the holding on that hurts more that the letting go. So let it go and let it be.
