Nothing Changes, If Nothing Changes

Nothing changes, if nothing changes. Change is never easy and the truth is, it takes a lot of courage to make positive changes in your life. Getting out of old habits that don’t serve who you are and accepting your imperfections are never easy. However, it would hurt you more and longer to be unhappy and unhealthy if you stay in a situation, relationship, or circumstance that doesn’t serve the person that you are meant to be.

I’ve been in situations and relationships that do not honor the person and woman that I am. I’ve settled for less than I deserve, thinking that I didn’t deserve much or happiness because of where I came from, I accepted staying in stressful situations, thinking that I wasn’t worthy of more, and believing that there wasn’t better out there for me. It took me awhile to realize my worth and value and that is why I want you to make those necessary changes in your life to be the best you that you can be. First and foremost, stop accepting less than you deserve! By doing that, you’re only doing a disservice to yourself. Secondly, believe that you are worthy of the best. Meaning, the best life, best love, best relationships, best career, best friendships, and absolute happiness. The fact of the matter is, when you start to believe that you deserve the best in life, the best will start to happen and occur in your life. You’re life is entirely up to you. You are entirely up to you. So think about the you that you want to be, the necessary steps that you need to take, and how you can live your best life. Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes.

LOVE YOURSELF.

Totally agree. I’m male but I see so many people who want change but don’t want to put in the effort it takes. Change can be good and positive. Change for example to loose weight will hurt and the sacrifice is not easy, but it’s worth every ounce of sweat and pain. I am a motivational speaker and I see many people who tell me they don’t know where to start. I tell them, ” Start right here right now with what you have”.
